Or anywhere worldwide outside their home country, excluding their country of residence. The plan is ideal for non-U.S. residents, individuals, groups of five or more travelers, and their dependents. This is temporary medical insurance for when you are traveling internationally, including to the United States, whether for business or pleasure. The plan offers coverage for a minimum of 5 days for up to 365 days period and is renewable. The maximum period of coverage is 24 continuous months. it participates in the United Healthcare PPO network. Patriot America Plus offers a wide range of plan maximum limits ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000 and various deductible options from $0 to $2,500. This insurance plan is available for a minimum of 5 days up to 12 months. The minimum age for coverage is 14 days old. In the U.S., after the deductible is satisfied, the plan pays 100% of eligible medical expenses up to the policy maximum. Yes, if you initially purchase the plan for more than 30 days, you can extend your policy. It is recommended to request the extension at least two days before the policy expires. An additional $5 extension fee will apply.

To buy the plan, you will need the names, dates of birth, passport numbers of the visitors, and a valid credit card.

The Patriot America Plus Plan is available for non-U.S. residents visiting the U.S. for a short period. It is also available for U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens who permanently reside outside the U.S. and are traveling to the U.S. temporarily.

Yes, you can cancel the Patriot America Plan and receive a refund if you need to go back earlier than planned. The following conditions apply: Submit your cancellation request through the Customer Portal. If you cancel before the policy's start date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the policy has started, a refund is available only if no claims have been filed. A $50 cancellation fee will apply.

You can print your ID card from the confirmation email, which serves as proof of insurance. If you select online fulfillment during the application process, you will not receive anything in the mail but will get an email confirmation. If you choose to receive the ID card by mail, it will arrive within 5-10 business days.
